The Shelterhaven Resort is a 2 phase project consisting of 2 separate sites in Stone Harbor, NJ. Phase 1 on the north west side of 97th ave. overlooks the bay and will feature a restaurant and banquet hall on the ground floor. Also included is an outdoor pool, and terrace and deck at the bayside. The two upper floors will contain 25 large 1-3 bedroom hotel suites, with private balconies overlooking the bay.

Phase 2, across the street from phase 1, will house a restaurant, as well as a spa/wellness center, and an indoor pool. The 15 hotel units will all be 2 story spaces, with roof decks overlooking the city and ocean beyond.

Both buildings are meant to evoke the style of classic wooden seaside hotels of the previous century, but with a contemporary feel.
